Time-lapse Camera for Equalbase - Sunway City, Johor

Skyshot installed a Titan X time-lapse camera to capture the construction of 103°, a RM 8 billion (S$2.28 billion) located in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Covering 55 hectares, 103° will be the first fully carbon-neutral free commercial zone. The integrated warehouses will feature rooftop solar panels to produce enough electricity, promoting a greener future.

103° is developed by Equalbase, a Singapore real estate group focusing on sustainable commercial and industrial logistics facilities, and Sunway, a leading conglomerate in ASEAN.

The development aims to serve a wide array of industries in the area, such as FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), retail, e-commerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, and technology.

Located just 5 kilometres from the Second Link to Singapore, the facility's strategic position makes it a crucial hub for sustainable space.
